True Coast Meats was born in the wild West Coast, thanks to our loyal The Blue Room Bistro diners telling us how much they loved our take on the meaty side of things and wished they could recreate our meals at home. With True Coast Meats we are making this possible by offering cured and savoury, full-flavoured meat and heat-at-home meals. And for our fellow culinary cowboys out there, grab our locally made hot sauces, meat rubs, spice blends and BBQ supplies to create your own dinner masterpieces the Coastal Cowboy way.
